The Project

Looking to attract new tenants we provided a full refurbishment of the existing building across two floors which included various offices and a large warehouse space.
Working alongside other trades to support the Landlords vision we created a modern fully up-to-date environment for any new company to enjoy.

The Space

Unit 16, Wessex Road is within an industrial estate for Bourne End and is located less than one mile from the village centre. The Ground Floor (3,000 sf) comprises of a warehouse, office, open plan Kitchen and WC and WC/Shower facilities. The First Floor (400 sf) has an office area.
3,400 square feet.
