Looking to create a fully fitted and ready to go space for tenants to just step into.
We executed the vision from the design plans to create a layout that maximised functionality while maintaining a welcoming environment making it ideal for both small and medium-sized businesses.
The specification was high level to create a in a beautiful and calming environment.

The Space

A self-contained office at Eghams Court in Bourne End. Located on the ground floor, overlooking a shared courtyard. The space comprises of flexible collaboration workspace areas, a Meeting Room and Kitchen/Breakfast Bar.
1,113 square feet.
